I met my friend here for lunch and was blown away at how authentic this place was. I’ve been to a couple of different tea rooms in the San Antonio area and none are as authentic as this place or as reasonably priced! When you walk in you are greeted by the owner who gives you information about their loose leaf teas. You get to pick 3 different kinds for your high tea. You are then seated in your own private decorated nook and treated like royalty for as long as you want! They bring out the first selection of tea and shortly after the classic 3 tier tray of all your savories and sweets. The Chef comes out personally and explains everything that is on the tray. You will be blown away at their presentation of the food, you can tell they both have a real passion for what they do and it shows in the food! Everything is made in house fresh everyday. They even grow their own ingredients for some of the items they serve. 11out of 10! I will definitely be back!

I love this little shop. The teas you get to sample to the awesome vintage treasures. I always fine something to love or a gift to give. My most recent experience was greeted with extremely awesome customer service. I bought a few items earlier in the day but had eyed a few treasures to think about. After deciding I had to have a lamp, a call was made to see if they were still open. They were not! They were closing up but said to come on down. I walked from the lavender festival to the shop and purchased my items and after talking for a bit and realizing I was going to carry everything back, they gave me a ride back to my vehicle instead! My husband and I stumbled upon this tea shop last year and I fell in love with this family run business! Elisa and her family are lovely, her tea blends are delicious and the shop is adorable. For Mother’s Day this year, we wanted to treat our mom with high tea, so we booked for this past weekend. We were blown away. Everything was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is so whimsical and lovely, and we had such a nice time. Elisa was able to accommodate our mom who has celiac disease with her own specially curated tray of food and sweets. She felt special. We have been to other teas in the past where the gluten free options were not good, or not as well thought out as the rest of the treats. Not here. Everything was perfect. We will for sure be back!
